Prior to being a consultant, Nalindra worked at the U.S. Mission to ASEAN and took on multiple roles and portfolio handling public affairs, communications, and protocol. She delivered successful programs with regional impact and built strong networks and collaboration with stakeholders through efficiency, passion to create a network of changemakers, high commitment, dedication, and action-oriented approach. She led regional public affairs programs such as the Young Southeast Asian Leadership Initiative (YSEALI) and developed its program and presence since it was launched in 2013 to over 150,000 members from all ASEAN countries within four years. She co-designed the YSEALI Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) annual program and has managed the program since 2015. She also initiated the WLA alumni network that supports the alumni to actively implement community projects which impacted over 1,000 people yearly.
In 2019, Nalindra was selected to be one of the Obama Foundation Leaders: Asia Pacific. This is a one-year leadership development and community engagement program that seeks to inspire, empower, and connect emerging leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region. Through this program, Nalindra experiences a journey of value-based leadership with the other leaders from 33 countries across Asia Pacific.
Passionate in transforming ideas into action, she creatively built up her portfolio and exposure in global development with innovative, solution-based approaches. She is also a digital media enthusiast and is excited to create communication strategies and content that motivates positive behavior and social change. She believes that everyone has a role in shaping the world and is committed to connecting people in collaborative opportunities to be avenues of change.
Nalindra holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Parahyangan, Bandung, Indonesia.
